Quality and certificates
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified management systems, a CE attestation of conformity, and an in-house test station on every order.
Quality control is built into the process rather than added at the end. Every workshop has its own inspection station and the critical steps — pattern and casting, machining of the wet end, assembly and performance test — have a nominated inspector responsible for sign-off.
From casting to dispatch
- Incoming materials. Chemical composition of the melt is checked in the physical and chemical laboratory; castings are inspected before they enter the machine shop.
- Machining. Impellers, liners and casings are machined to drawing and checked in the metrology room.
- Assembly. Rotating assemblies are balanced; bearing housings and seals are assembled against a check sheet.
- Performance test. A dedicated slurry pump test station verifies flow, head, power and efficiency before dispatch. Records are kept with the order.
Management systems
Three management systems are certified by Guardian Independent Certification Ltd (GICG), a UK-registered certification body accredited by UKAS:

The ISO 9001 certificate was first issued on 5 December 2018; all three certificates were reissued on 28 November 2024.
CE attestation
The pump range holds an attestation of conformity issued by UDEM (Türkiye), certificate number M.2025.206.C124581, registered on 15 August 2025 and valid to 14 August 2030. It covers the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, with the technical file assessed against EN ISO 12100, EN 60204-1, EN ISO 13849-1/-2, EN ISO 2858, EN ISO 5199, EN 809 and EN IEC 61000-6-2/-4.
The certified product list includes the AH/AHR, SP, ZJ, WQ, IH, IS/ISR, ISG and S/SH model designations together with the ZJQ/NSQ variants.
