This policy explains what happens to information you send through this website. It applies to the site only; it does not cover third-party sites we link to.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we store the details you enter: your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, the pump series you are interested in, and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from and the IP address the request came from, to protect the form against spam.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the technical discussion, quotation and order that may follow. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who sees it

Enquiries are read by our sales and engineering staff and stored in this website’s database on our own server. Email notifications are delivered through our mail server.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while a quotation or order is live and afterwards for as long as needed to support the equipment we supplied. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your requests

Write to the email address in the footer if you want a copy of what we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to the administration area is restricted to named staff.
