Series overview
A slurry pump is only as good as its next set of wear parts. Impellers, volute liners, front and rear liners, clamp bands and ribbed liners are cast in our own foundry to the original drawing, so the material grade and heat treatment stay under our control rather than being bought in against a sample.
Impellers are balanced before dispatch and bearing assemblies are supplied complete, which keeps a change-out inside a normal maintenance window. Send the pump model and serial number and we will quote the wear-part kit.
Design features
- Replacement parts are produced to the original drawing, not reverse-engineered
- Cast in our own foundry, so material grade and heat treatment are controlled in-house
- Impellers are balanced before dispatch
- Bearing assemblies supplied complete for fast change-out
- Wear-part kits can be quoted against the pump serial number
